Port Vale Football Club are delighted to announce that season tickets for the club’s 150th anniversary season in 2025/26 are now on sale, with prices frozen for the second consecutive season! Your support, both home and away, has been incredible once again this season, with Darren and the players talking about just how important you can be and we’re looking forward to building on what has been a positive season, together. Despite rising operational costs for clubs up and down the country, the decision to freeze prices again comes as part of our ongoing efforts to make football as accessible as possible. We hope that these prices will allow supporters to get behind the Valiants at Vale Park without any additional financial pressure, especially with the rise in the cost of living. The pricing includes an extended early-bird window on the 2023/24 season, giving supporters more time to get the best value on offer. We are also pleased to introduce a brand-new six-month payment plan option, in addition to our existing three-month option, giving supporters even more flexibility to secure their seat for what is to be a ‘season of celebration’ for our 150th anniversary. See the ‘other key information’ section below for further details on our interest-free plans. The prize freeze covers both general admission and hospitality areas of Vale Park, with adult prices starting from just £14.56 per game, seniors from £11.52 per game, young adults/students from £9.78 per game and young teens from £6.73 per game. Under-12 season tickets will again be FREE OF CHARGE (Hamil Road Stand only).

Port Vale’s Chief Executive Officer, Matt Hancock said: “We’re delighted to be able to offer supporters a freeze in season ticket prices again next season, particularly with it being such a special one for the club. “Our 150th anniversary season promises to be a really exciting one for the entire Vale community, and we want as many people as possible to have the opportunity to enjoy live football here at Vale Park. “Together with the price freeze, we hope the new six-month payment plan option will be a welcome addition among our supporters as we look to grow attendances and create a fantastic atmosphere at the ground in celebration of our incredible history.” Early bird season tickets for the 2025/26 season – offering the best value to supporters - are available now until Sunday 4th May 2025, with current season ticket holders having their seats reserved until on Sunday 1st June 2025. In the first instance, we would request that supporters renew and purchase their tickets via port-vale.co.uk/tickets. The club are aware there may be a small number of supporters who may be unable to use the ticketing portal. Where possible, we will assist in-store throughout the week; however, we have set aside the following day/time to help supporters face-to-face in the club store:

Supporters also now have the option to opt-in to auto-renewal for a 2026/27 season ticket, if purchasing a season ticket for 2025/26. This applies whether purchased in-store, over the phone or online. OTHER KEY INFORMATION Season ticket discounts and benefits Your season ticket will come with a host of great benefits, including: Guaranteed seat: secure your seat for all league fixtures, with reserved seats for any cup games where the full stadium is open. Significant savings: enjoy huge savings compared to purchasing match-by-match tickets or other memberships. Merchandise discounts: receive 10% off club merchandise (excluding sale items), plus exclusive increased discounts throughout the season on specific products or all full-price items. Priority points: 150 Priority Points will be added to your account on 1st July, providing you with 35 more points than any supporter can earn throughout the entire season, on your account before the season starts. Flexible payment plans: benefit from our three-month and six-month interest-free payment plans to spread the cost. Exclusive events: gain access to exclusive club events, such as meet-and-greet sessions with players. Payment Windows / Existing Seat Reservations Current season ticket seats will remain reserved until 1st June 2025. After this date, they will be available for general sale. Early Bird Release 14th March – 4th May 2025 Full Price Release 5th May – 31st August 2025 Monthly payments / payment plans / direct debit dates While any season ticket purchases paid up-front and in full are of great benefit to the club, we are introducing convenient direct debit options for all early-bird sales to help make your season ticket purchase more manageable. You can choose between a three-month or six-month payment plan, both designed to break down the cost into smaller, more affordable payments. The deadline to sign up for the six-month option is 30th April 2025. Payments will be taken on the 1st of each month, starting from the following calendar month after signing up for the payment plan option. For example, if you sign up on 29th April 2025 for the six-month option, the payment schedule will be as follows:

• 1st May 2025 (first payment)
• 1st June 2025
• 1st July 2025
• 1st August 2025
• 1st September 2025
• 1st October 2025 (last payment)

Please note, each season ticket on the payment plan will include a £10 administration fee. All direct debit booking fees, including physical card printing (if selected), will form part of the direct debit payments and will not be taken as a separate transaction. We hope this flexible payment option enhances your experience and makes it easier to secure your season ticket for the upcoming season. Physical and digital cards/passes As announced at the beginning of the 2024/25 season, physical season cards will be reusable and will be reactivated once you renew your season ticket. Please retain your current card for the upcoming season as part of our efforts to promote sustainability and reduce waste. If you misplace your card or change your seat, a new card will be issued at a cost of £5 per season card. All season ticket holders will receive a new digital ticket for the 2025/26 season, which will be emailed out from 1st July 2025. Please note that the current season tickets stored in Apple and Android wallets will expire at the end of the season. Hospitality season ticket holders will receive a new physical card featuring exclusive hospitality branding for the 2025/26 season included in their packages. Team Valiants The Team Valiants package will be back and better than ever for the 2025/26 season! As part of the package, members will receive the 150th anniversary home shirt once it is released. Stay tuned for further information on how to renew or join, which will be shared before the end of the current season. As per the changes made last season, the Team Valiants package is not a direct alternative to season tickets – any Under-12s can purchase a free-of-charge season ticket in the Hamil Road Stand. Accessibility Stand The demand for seating in the accessibility area of Vale Park is extremely high, and we currently operate a waiting list for this section. All supporters wishing to renew their season ticket in the accessibility stand can visit the Club Store or contact us by telephone or email. Please be aware that we may, at our discretion, request to see any of the following documents or proof from new supporters wishing to sit in the accessibility stand:

• A letter from a medical professional (e.g., GP or specialist in hearing, sight, mental health, learning disabilities, etc.)
• Proof of disability cards
• Medium to high levels of PIP or DLA

Family Stand The Family Stand will once again occupy the two far-right blocks of the Hamil Road Stand, closest to Lorne Street. This area is the ideal spot for any young Valiants or families looking to enjoy a memorable matchday experience. Additionally, the Hamil Road Stand is conveniently located near our Fanzone, which offers music, food and entertainment from pre-match until half-time. Our singing section is also located in the central blocks of the Hamil Road Stand.

Seasonal parking We are pleased to announce that seasonal parking prices for the 2025/26 season are also frozen! The prices are as follows: Car Park B: £50 Synectics Solutions: £125 Car Park D Upper: £195 Car Park D Lower: £275 Car Park D Accessible: £195 Please note that all seasonal parking spaces will be held exclusively for current season ticket holders until 1st June. After this date, any unrenewed spaces will be made available for general sale. Priority Points Priority Points for 2025/26 season tickets will be added on 1st July with every season ticket holder being awarded 150 points for purchasing their season ticket in our celebration season. Please note that priority points earned for 2025/26 will not be added to 2024/25 season tickets.
