Swindon Town owner Clem Morfuni has written a letter to the club's supporters addressing many issues, including season tickets and stadium redevelopment.
Speaking publicly for the first time since November, Morfuni wrote an open letter to supporters to discuss the club's plans on a number of issues.
Season ticket prices were announced last week and included a seven per cent price increase, and Morfuni wrote about why this was necessary.
He said: "I understand that there are questions surrounding the increase in pricing for Season Tickets for the 2025/26 season, especially after a couple of seasons of frustrating league positions.
"However, after freezing our pricing for the past two seasons, it wasn’t financially viable to freeze these for a third successive season.
"With the impending National Minimum Wage, National Living Wage, Tax, National Insurance contributions, and Consumer Price Index that will rise across the industry. Like many businesses, we will see a large increase in lots of our daily running costs."
The club are also at a key point in their plans to install corporate boxes in the Don Rogers Stand as part of the stadium purchase.
All supporters who will be impacted by the proposed plans will receive a letter, with those being sent out on April 7, to personally communicate to them what the process will entail.
Morfuni announced that development work would likely not begin until next summer but that plans for the work would be available on April 14 and an open evening in the Legends Lounge would be held on April 21 with the lead architects.
There were also several points made surrounding improved fan engagement in the coming months, including the fan's forum to be held on May 1 with Morfuni, CEO Anthony Hall, and Ian Holloway.
Other commitments discussed were: "We are continuously looking to engage with our local communities and create the best atmosphere at the Nigel Eady County Ground while inspiring the next generation of Swindon Town supporters to join us for an upcoming game.
"We will be running a Kid for a Quid initiative for our Easter Monday game against Bromley, with official communication to be released next week.
"We are also finalising a fan engagement plan with a number of local schools which the club will work closely with in getting more tickets out in the community to students and parents, and we hope to begin from MK Dons and continue into the 2025/26 campaign."
